CSK Clutches
CSK Series Indexing Clutches are sprag type clutches integrated into a 62 Series ball bearing (except sizes 8 and 40). They are bearing supported, shipped grease lubricated and protected against dust larger than .012" (.3mm) diameter.
They are available with additional lip seals (-2RS) for enhanced sealing, as well as, with a key way on the inner ring (-P) or the inner and outer ring (-PP) for additional ease of installation.

AL..F2D2
Types AL..F2D2/F2D2 are roller type freewheels, self contained, sealed and bearing supported, using two 160.. series bearings. Units are delivered oil lubricated.
Primarily used as overrunning or indexing clutches,the cover combination is chosen according to the type of drive, as shown overleaf.
D2 cover is used to close the unit. It is equipped with two screws for oil filling, drain and level.
The shaft seal is a V-ring type. Cover and seal have been designed to be oil proof with minimum drag torque.
We recommend the unit is supplied assembled. Please specify inner race direction of rotation seen from the D2 flange.

AL..KEED2
Type AL..KEED2 is a roller type freewheel, self-contained, sealed and bearing supported, using two 160 series bearings.
In this design, a standard AL freewheel is connected to a flexible coupling for in-line mounting. The KEE type is a high performance coupling used to damp torsional vibrations and to accept misalignment without excess bearing loads.
Unit is delivered oil lubricated.
This combination is used as overrunning clutch.

Types CSK..P are sprag type freewheels integrated into 62.. series ball bearings (except size 40). They are bearing supported, delivered grease lubricated and protected against dust of more than 0,3mm.
In addition to the basic CSK model, type CSK..P features a keyway on the inner race. For this reason it can be keyed to a shaft to k6 tolerance. The outer race must still be pressed into a rigid housing to N6 tolerance.

The Wichita Standard Vent Combination Clutch-Coupling is designed for reliable in-line power transmission. The simple air-tube design, with small air volume, speeds engagement and disengagement. It is unaffected by centrifugal force and has no self-energization like drum clutch designs. Ideally suited for large inertia loads where smooth controlled starts are needed.
